Zu dieser Gruppe z\u00e4hlen Substanzen wie Succinylcholin und Rocuronium. Betroffene hatten teils noch nie Kontakt mit diesen Wirkstoffen und werden trotzdem beim ersten Einsatz allergisch. Anaphylaktische Reaktionen auf Propofol sind selten, aber dokumentiert. Besonders bei Kindern mit bekannter H\u00fchnereiwei\u00df-Allergie wurde ein Zusammenhang diskutiert, da das Mittel ein auf Soja\u00f6l und Eilecithin basierendes Tr\u00e4gersystem enth\u00e4lt. Ob eine bestehende Ei-Allergie ein eigenst\u00e4ndiges Risiko darstellt, ist wissenschaftlich nicht abschlie\u00dfend belegt. An\u00e4sthesisten kl\u00e4ren das im Vorabgespr\u00e4ch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Naturlatex<\/strong> spielt vor allem bei Kindern mit angeborenen Fehlbildungen eine Rolle, die fr\u00fch und wiederholt operiert werden und sich so \u00fcber Latexkontakt sensibilisieren. Auch Erwachsene, die beruflich regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Latexhandschuhe tragen \u2014 etwa im Gesundheitsbereich \u2014 k\u00f6nnen eine Latexallergie entwickeln. Ein latexfreies OP-Umfeld ist deshalb heute Standard in vielen Kliniken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"weitere-ausloser-im-uberblick\">Weitere Ausl\u00f6ser im \u00dcberblick<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neben Muskelrelaxanzien, Propofol und Latex k\u00f6nnen perioperativ eingesetzte Antibiotika (besonders Penicilline und Cephalosporine), R\u00f6ntgenkontrastmittel und kolloidale Volumenersatzmittel (z. B. Gelatinel\u00f6sungen) Anaphylaxien ausl\u00f6sen. Wer wach ist, sp\u00fcrt Juckreiz, W\u00e4rme auf der Haut oder Atemnot und kann das dem Arzt melden. Unter Vollnarkose fehlen diese subjektiven Signale vollst\u00e4ndig.
